Grinta Sports Football Academy – Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

These terms and conditions apply to all children enrolled in the Grinta Sports Football Academy, operated by Grinta Sports, a sports management company specializing in youth training, sports events, and facility management.

2. Registration & Payment
• A child’s registration is confirmed only once the registration form is submitted and full payment of the training fees is received.
• Training fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the training cycle has started.
• Payment must be made by the specified deadline to secure the child’s spot in the academy.
• Late payments may result in temporary suspension from training sessions until payment is completed.

3. Attendance & Punctuality
• Players are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time.
• If a child cannot attend due to illness, travel, or personal reasons, parents/guardians must inform the academy in advance.
• Missed sessions will not be replaced or refunded, except if the session is canceled by Grinta Sports.

4. Training Schedule & Venues
• Training days, times, and venues are determined by Grinta Sports and may be adjusted when necessary (e.g., weather, maintenance, or events).
• Any schedule changes will be communicated in advance via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

5. Uniform & Equipment
• All players must wear the official Grinta Sports Academy uniform during training sessions and matches.
• Players must bring appropriate football shoes, shin guards, and a water bottle to every session.
• Grinta Sports is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

6. Health & Safety
• Parents/guardians must inform the academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries their child may have.
• Children participate at their own risk.
• Grinta Sports provides basic first aid at the training venue but is not liable for medical costs or emergencies.
• In case of injury or emergency, first aid will be provided immediately, and parents will be contacted.

7. Behavior & Discipline
• Players are expected to show respect to coaches, teammates, and other participants.
• Bullying, bad language, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
• Repeated misconduct may lead to suspension or expulsion from the academy without refund.

8. Parental Conduct
• Parents/guardians are encouraged to support their children positively.
• Coaching from the sidelines or interfering with training sessions is not allowed.
• Any concerns should be communicated respectfully to academy management, not during training hours.

9. Media & Promotion
• By enrolling their child, parents/guardians grant Grinta Sports permission to use photos and videos taken during training, matches, and events for promotional and social media purposes.
• Parents who wish to opt out must submit a written request before the start of the program.

10. Cancellations & Weather
• Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, field unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Grinta Sports will make reasonable efforts to reschedule canceled sessions, but refunds will not be issued for such cancellations.

11. Refund Policy
• Refunds are only granted if a player withdraws before the start of the training cycle or if the academy cancels the entire program.
• No refunds will be provided once the program has started.

12. Liability
• Grinta Sports, its staff, and coaches are not responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during training, matches, or academy-related activities.
• Participation implies acceptance of the risks associated with sports activities.

14. Agreement

By registering their child in the Grinta Sports Football Academy, the parent/guardian confirms that:
• All information provided is accurate and complete.
• They have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• They give consent for their child to participate in all academy activities organized by Grinta Sports.
