Grinta Sports Football Tournament – Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

This tournament is organized by Grinta Sports, a sports management company specializing in academies, sports events, and facility management.

2. Registration
• All teams must complete registration and payment before the announced deadline.
• Registration is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Each team must submit a full roster, including players’ full names, ID numbers, and team captain contact details.
• By registering, all participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Player Eligibility
• Each player must provide a valid ID or passport copy for verification.
• Players can participate for one team only during the entire tournament.
• Teams found using ineligible or unregistered players will be subject to disqualification.
• Age or category restrictions (if any) must be strictly followed.

4. Team Composition
• Each team may register up to [X] players (including substitutes).
• A minimum of [Y] players is required to start a match.
• Teams must have one designated Team Captain who will be the main point of contact with the organizers.

5. Match Rules
• Matches will follow standard 7-a-side (or 6-a-side/11-a-side) football rules unless otherwise specified.
• Referees’ decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
• Teams must arrive at least 15 minutes before kickoff.
• Late arrival beyond 10 minutes after scheduled kickoff may result in a forfeit.
• Each match will consist of [X] minutes per half with a short halftime break.
• Substitutions are rolling (unless specified otherwise).

6. Discipline and Conduct
• Unsportsmanlike behavior, verbal abuse, or violent conduct will not be tolerated.
• Red card = suspension for the next match.
• Two yellow cards in different matches = one-match suspension.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including disqualification, against any team or player violating the spirit of fair play.

7. Attire and Equipment
• All players must wear team uniforms (matching jerseys, shorts, and socks).
• Shin guards are mandatory.
• Only football or turf shoes are allowed (no metal studs).
• Gold and Silver sponsors’ logos will appear on the official tournament jerseys.

8. Injuries and Insurance
• Players participate at their own risk.
• Grinta Sports and its staff are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage during the tournament.
• Teams are advised to have personal or team medical insurance.
• Basic first aid will be available on-site.

9. Prizes and Awards
• The Champion Team will receive the tournament trophy and medals.
• Individual awards (e.g., Best Player, Best Goalkeeper, Top Scorer) will be presented as per tournament rules.
• The Gold sponsor representative will present the cup and medals; other sponsor representatives will present individual awards.

10. Media and Photography
• By participating, players and teams grant Grinta Sports permission to use photos, videos, and recordings for promotional and social media purposes.
• Matches and highlights may be shared publicly or streamed online.

11. Code of Conduct for Participants and Spectators
• Respect referees, opponents, and organizers at all times.
• No offensive language or gestures.
• Any damage to the venue will be charged to the responsible team.

12. Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances
• Grinta Sports reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel matches or the entire tournament due to weather conditions or other unavoidable events.
• Refunds (if any) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

13. Refund Policy
• Registration fees are non-refundable once the team has been accepted.
• Refunds will only be issued if the tournament is canceled by the organizer.

14. Organizer Authority
• The decision of Grinta Sports on all matters related to the tournament shall be final and binding.
• Grinta Sports reserves the right to amend the rules, schedule, or format if deemed necessary.
